Message from our MD- Mr. Pradeep Narkhede

When Shalya set out in 2002, it was founded on a desire to contribute to healthcare through improved operating theatres and meeting unmet needs. Now, after 20 years of commitment to developing reliable and innovative products at affordable prices, I am proud to announce that Shalya is one of the fastest-growing manufacturers of clinical, world-class equipment for surgical procedures.

The Medical Equipment Industry has been constantly evolving, and one of the primary driving forces behind this change has been the continuing technological advancements in medical equipment. At Shalya, we have always strive to provide the best possible solutions to meet the evolving needs of the Medical Equipment Industry and have made significant capital investments in technology in order to improve the efficiencies of the facilities we use to manufacture the medical devices we produce and develop. Our goal is to increase our production capacity by 40% through the use of smart and intelligent medical devices, which have auto-calibration capabilities.

Thanks to the continual hard work by our R&D group, we have been able to produce cutting-edge, world-class devices that allow us to continue moving forward with Shalya's overall production efforts. $SHLYA's production goals are so ambitious that I can confidently say that Shalya will soon be the leader of cutting-edge medical device manufacturing in the world.

We have also begun the construction of a third production facility specifically designed to help ensure that we will be able to meet the demand for our products, as well as to be able to provide our OEM customers with a much greater opportunity to customize the product they purchase from us to meet their specific needs. This facility will be a tremendous asset in increasing our overall productivity.

The companys his closely knit workforce is highly skilled and dedicated to the companys vision of success. In spite of the global pandemic, the companys employees have continued to provide 24/7 support and assistance to frontline partners while ensuring that those partners are behaving in accordance with all COVID-19 protocols and regulations. Given the values and support that all members of Shalyas team exhibited throughout the past few years, I have no doubt that our team is the foundation of the companys present and future success. Finally, I want to extend my sincere appreciation and admiration to all of our distributors, healthcare partners, and other members of our community who continue to contribute toward improving the quality and accessibility of healthcare around the world.

The company has seen a significant increase in sales growth across all of its global markets, with India being one of the companys primary market share. The company is looking to expand into more global markets (North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia, etc.) by increasing its focus and development of its products and offering to those markets. I have great faith that the companys values, game plan, and very capable workforce will enable the company to continue moving forward in achieving its goals, and I believe that our Vision will provide the foundation for our future successes.
